My stay at GSR was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by top-notch customer service and a vibrant casino atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. However, during a large event, the disorganization became apparent, affecting service quite negatively. Overall, it's an entertaining spot, especially for gaming, although they need to improve event staffing.
